Rate estimates and final audit
Airside Limo & Charter strives to provide accurate and transparent pricing. Rates and confirmations are subject to audit after the journey so final charges can reflect additional expenses incurred during the trip.
In addition to the base rate, final charges may include actual tolls, parking fees, fuel charges, additional stops, and the allocated or additional time used for the journey.
Hourly bookings
Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours ordered for the vehicle. Time beyond the initially reserved period is billed in full-hour increments at the stated vehicle hourly rate.
Direct transfers and pickup grace period
Direct transfer orders, including point-to-point trips and airport returns, include a 15-minute grace period at pickup, except for airport arrivals. Time beyond the applicable grace period is charged at the stated vehicle hourly rate.
Overnight and early-morning charges
Additional charges may apply to reservations placed after midnight and airport pickups with an arrival time after midnight, including reservations between 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM Mountain Time. The applicable charge is shown in the booking price.
Pricing changes
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Fuel costs, external charges, market conditions, and operating costs may require adjustments. The current booking flow will show the price applicable to the submitted trip details before payment.
