By using the Airside Limo & Charter website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using our transportation services, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website.
Credit card and corporate account authorization
By using Airside Limo & Charter, you expressly authorize your credit card or corporate account to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies, confirmed reservation, and applicable additional charges.
Quotes and reservation confirmation
Quotes are based on the trip information provided, including locations, dates, times, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle selection, route, stops, waiting time, and requested service. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking is shown as confirmed.
Deposits and balances
All deposits are non-refundable. Any remaining balance that has not already been paid online must be paid to the driver on the service date before the beginning of the run.
Accurate booking information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, passenger, luggage, flight, and contact information. Changes may affect vehicle availability, timing, or price. Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable driver safety instructions.
Passenger and luggage capacity
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity. Customers must select a vehicle that safely accommodates the confirmed number of passengers, checked bags, carry-ons, and any oversized items.
Conditions outside our control
Travel times may be affected by weather, unsafe winter roads, unsalted roads, accidents, traffic, closures, flight changes, and other events outside our reasonable control. Airside Limo & Charter is not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road conditions.

The Rental & Service Agreement, Cancellation & Change Policy, Pricing & Rates Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
